I main diana and i never saw this. Azir ult stops diana. So there's no reason viegars event horizon shouldnt stop her either.
Captain Aishi1 votesyeah, it's 'halfway' there, like when they patched irelia Q, akali R and fizz Q to not deal damage if you displace them during their dash before they reach the target, diana's ult will still deal damage, it's in a weird spot right now
