[GAMEPLAY] Locked Screen is broken.

At random times in the middle of games, I am no longer able to lock my screen. This is extremely bad for me, because I constantly lock and unlock my screen based on the situation. I'm not really sure what causes it, but It's happened three times to me now in different matches, and I lost games because of it. (It's really hard to kite in teamfights when I cant get my camera to work for me)

I really hope you guys can look into this, cause I honestly don't know what is causing it.
