[CLIENT] Masteries drop-drown doesnt update when a page has been removed

In the screenshot you can see that in the second place is my AP Support masteries, but in the dropdown, it's third. Before i even hit Launch, i had deleted my Shyvana masteries from the client, yet its still in the dropdown. On top of that, the entry for Shyvana still corresponds with the third page of masteries. Found out to my horror when i thought i had picked Annie masteries (Thunderlord's) only to have had Vlad masteries (Deathfire) in game. So basically, each page after Shyvana (including Shyvana) masteries is offset by one of my actual mastery pages.
