Mystery Ward Glitched? (BE shop)

I purchased 3 Mystery Wards from the Blue Essence Shop and got "Pumpkin Cat Ward" all 3 times (see screenshot).... Is this a glitch or an astronomical coincidence? In previous Blue Essence Shops, I have never received duplicates on the Mystery Ward.

I have the same problem. I got the Kk0ma ward three times and the gong ward two times. I also received ward skins that I already own. I sent in a support ticket and I am waiting for a response.
