[GAMEPLAY] PBE - Azir's Ult Doesn't Knock Back and Does NO DMG

I'm proud to say that I've been playing a lot of Azir and have a pretty decent win rate with him. He's a really fun champ that I enjoy playing :D. Anyways on the PBE his ult does no dmg, passes through enemies, and doesn't knock them back. Basically he has no ult Don't normally report bugs but it'd be great to get this one fixed! Thanks Riot!

I confirm this bug happens far too frequently. Usually if cast on a group of 4+ people, 1-2 of them don't get pushed away. Often times I see people take damage, get push a bit, but don't get caught up with the shield wall and carried to the other side of it.
