Well, they have done video events with lore, but I know what you mean.
I say we follow Quinn and Valor on a mission. Garen can bring up the force behind them. Quinn has a tumble with some Noxians, maybe Talon, caught up in the middle of a meeting with LeBlanc (or how about ZED!); shit gets cray fast. Featured guests include Poppy, Riven (fighting for Demacia!), Xin, Galio, Sion, Urgot, Darius, and Zac (protecting the innocents). Maybe have Swain launch a superweapon? Maybe turn the tide with some Yordles hopping in from Bandle City to relieve the Demacians (Trist, Teemo, Ziggs, Heimer; Veigar with an appreciative Lulu at his side?).
Or maybe some Bilgewater shenanigans? Gangplank leads an expedition to the Shadow Isles, in hopes of some prized jewel? Fizz stows away below, or maybe works with the pirates in hopes of finding his own claim? They find themselves floating down a Styx-like river with (Thresh) as their Charon? Whole thing takes a very ethereal turn and ends with some crazy underwater fighting that induces terror in anyone afraid of the deep?
Or how about some actual god damn dialogue? Let's have some Ionians debating the presence of Syndra's giant floating fortress, potentially waiting to bludgeon them to death with its giant balls. Karma leads the discussion. Master Yi sits patiently, biding his time. Varus is a watcher (not that kind), so he watches like a cool emo guy. Shen or Akali stands in as representative the Kinkou Order. Maybe Udyr chimes in, and Lee Sin backs him up while sort of looking the wrong way (not in a way that warrants open mockery, just subtle 'oh's). Ionia has some very spiritual individuals, it'd be REALLY neat to see how they debate.
