[GAMELPLAY] Minions, structures and any mana-less unit's info box glitches a flashing mana bar

With the new HUD on live servers, the units that have their own information box, besides Champions, that appears on the top left when you left click the unit for information, has a glitched out mana bar. Units like minions, jungle monsters, and even towers, all units that do not have a mana bar, have a mana bar skewing down from the off-screen top left, as if it's trying to fit itself in the unit's information box. I've uploaded a small video clip with the glitch recorded.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a mana-less in-game unit or structure

2. Left click on the unit to bring up its detailed stats/information box

3. Check the top left screen for a skewed mana bar
