[Theory] Ekko is probably from Uritsan, like Zilean and is the owner of the Clock Tower there

So, Ekko's quotes are about time and according to his leaked moveset text, he can control time. The only person who can control time that we know of is , but according to , the people of Urtisan could all use time magic, and that's what is after. The Urtisan is a desolated region south of the Great Barrier. That's what he's talking about when he speaks to in game about the Clock Tower.
