Missing Champ in Champ Select

While playing Legend of the Poro King, I have noticed that one of my champs (Nautilus) will disappear from the options in champ select. This does not happen every game, and he was not otherwise picked or banned. This has happened across multiple games. Searching for his name pulls nothing up.
