Game crashed in load screen

Queued up for a Flex game with a couple friends got into load screen and an error stated that there was no internet connection so it couldn't load the game. Restarted client and the same error popped up. attempted reconnecting from client same thing. Tried restarting client again now it says the they reverted to a previous installation and need to update, but there's no update. It won't accept my password saying that it's incorrect and after attempting to reset password to what I know it to be it says it can't be my previous password so I know I'm typing it correct. Attempted client repair and the same thing is happening where it says it needs to do a required update, but nothing is downloading and it will not allow me to sign in.
