Plat 5 LF 5's Team

Hey guys, I'm currently Plat 5 and am looking to join a ranked 5's team, I don't care your rank as long as you have a good attitude and are willing to improve.

I've mained support all through season 3 to now, but since the meta has started to fall out of my favor ( as the top picks are super tanks that I can play, just not at my elo). If I got onto a team I'd prefer to play Top, or ADC. I have a lot of experience in both roles, and my pool is constantly expanding. That being said, onto champ pools!

Note, I'm not the best jungler, probably go full silver when I'm in the jungle. So keep that in mind if you consider me for that role. Also the team needs to have a flexible schedule since my work schedule jumps drastically, a team that practices later in the evening is going to be best for me. I also Have CV, Skype, teamspeak and Raidcall.
