Plat 5 Top/ADC LF Ranked Team

I'm looking to get on a team that's somewhat serious and all the players preferably be Gold+, but am willing to be on a lower ranking team as long as they are willing to listen to criticism and try to improve their play. Also my schedule jumps around week to week so the team has to be willing to work around it.

I main Support, but since the meta isn't in my favor I'm moving to Top or Adc. I have a lot of experience in both roles and my champ pool isn't horrible. For ADC my top 5 (from best to worst) are: For Top my top 5 are:

I'm willing to learn more champions and increase my pools in each role. currently I'm practicing for ADC and for Top. Since I'm not 100% on all these champions I would love to be on a team that doesn't mind that I'm trying to improve my pools and get better at the role.
