Blind Pick Que Reset

Hey, I just had the weirdest thing happen when going into Blind Pick. I was able to get into a game, and we all made our calls, nothing out of the ordinary. However suddenly I was kicked out of my game to an alert that I haven't seen before. It told me that a game was found and I could either deny the game or accept the game. I clicked accept the match and was put right back into the game I was in before. Just as I was typing my screen went black and I could still hear the champ select music, but was unable to do anything. I ended up exiting out and incurring the dodge penalty. Is this happening with anyone else?

Update: I was able to get into a game. It migh t be a one time thing
