[GAMEPLAY] REWORK Ryze ult causes game to freeze for a second
It's not long but in a game where half a second can mean your death... and in games where Ryze can throw you into a horrible situation, I need to be able to use that time to decide if I want to take the portal or not. I've also played Ryze myself, yet I don't seem to experence the issue when it's ME playing.
To re-iterate. This is a freeze, not a drop in FPS. But a proper freeze in the line of Dark Star Thresh's freeze issue.
Steps to repro the issue:
- Have Ryze as an ally (not your own champ)
- Have Ryze ult while you're in his vicinity. (though I think it also does it when he's far away)
The issue SHOULD happen 100% relaibly, at least for me. He may just fly in the face of lower-end PCs, though.
