Champion Select Bug (Timer stops)

I've had this bug twice today. The champion select comes up and then at one of the countdown timers everything freezes after it hits 0.

I can't see what champions are being banned/locked, etc. Weird thing is other things still function during this. Like I can pull up the champion menu and search it.

It seems to "catch up" after about 20 seconds, sometimes after all the bans have been done. Everything else seems to be working like normal.
