Friend's list, group chat, and match accepting

Was playing with a friend when our chat in match maker wasn't showing anything, then when we started game, the friends list bar opened, but there were no friends on it, after closing it then opening it, it wouldn't scroll, and when the accept bar popped up, there were no icons telling how many accepted
