Slight action delay

McKeifus··1 votes·394 views

I have noticed a slight delay for all actions. Movement, abilities, item abilities, summoner spells - everything. My ping is around 70ms at all time and does not spike. The game is playing as though my ping were about 250ms. Anyone else experiencing this after the last patch?
