Riven Q Cancling CC?

Today In a Team builder game with a friend of mine we witnessed what we think is a Riven bug. At 4 different times in the game Riven was able to q cancel CC. Once on a yasuo knock-up and 3 times on a WW suppress.

It looked to us like riven was able to cancel cc on her as long as she cast her 3rd q at the right time. Is this intended?
