[GAMEPLAY] Tiamat Passive AOE not working with Mordekaiser's Empowered Qs

I bought Tiamat on Mordekaiser and the AOE passive from the Tiamat was not working his empowered autos on lane minions. The problem fixed itself after I hit scuttle crab and then upgraded it into Ravenous Hydra.

1. Bought Tiamat
2. Pressed Q
3. No Cleave Passive No screenshot from game available. P.S. Pls Rework Aatrox, his Q needs to be fixed as well as his ultimate. The ultimate is not very impactful in game.
