Game Lobby works fine but cannot connect once game starts and says no internet connection

Windows 8.1 all latest patches and driver software GTX 950M with 390.65 Nvidia Driver Intel i7 4720HQ CPU @ 2.6 GHZ 7.89 RAM

Kaespersky is my antivirus but I already have it set so League can update DLL's/can go through firewall and runs as admin etc etc

Client works fine it is when I try to connect to the game that everything stops working happens on both my accounts and is reproducible. I have Time Warner Cable Spectrum too
