Hextech Loot Bug

Recently, I got enough key shards to open a hextech chest. When I tried, everything lagged and froze, and when I went to another part of the client and came back, both the chest and the key were gone, but there was nothing else.

Can anyone help?

Also, if I need to submit a ticket, what would I put it under?
