Mac crashes before loading screen

the problem started happening when i accidentally click spectate a game and press force quit to stop it after this every time i get into a game it just stops right before the loading screen and just says black i can still move the mouse but it just stays there and i can't do anything not even force quit i have to manually shut off my computer anyone know the solution?

ps I'm using a mac
