Stuck in Champ Select after bans

This was in ranked match lobby. After player 1 on both sides made their bans, the countdown timer was blank and nobody could select a champion. the chat was working and someone even dodged, but everyone else remained in the lobby. i dont think i lost LP but it definitely should be fixed.
