[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan Can Block Himself Into a Wall Through His E-Q Combo!

This video shows a very "watered down" version of what can happen when Jarvan E-Q's over terrain. Sometimes what happens is his flag blocks him into the terrain so he cannot move and he shakes sporadically until the flag duration runs out. This needs to be fixed. This happened three times in one game, successfully stopping me from catching an Ahri due to the inability to move. As you can also see it is not considered that Jarvan's Flag is a unit that blocks him if he walks over it but it has something to do with the flag and the terrain synchronization that makes him not able to move. Step 1: Use E very close to wall leaving little space, but still some, in between the flag and terrain behind it. Step 2: Q to flag Step 3: Stick to the wall unable to move. Note that in the video it is less severe due to the difficulty of reproducing it. But I assure you it does happen quite frequently in game.
