Except I am online and not having internet problems. As far as I know this has happened to multiple people but not to everyone, is it too much to ask for some clarity on the issue or for a fix? Because it's almost been like this for 24 hours now.

Uncheck read-only Rito Games directory and restart client (Start Client as Administator)
