Random FPS drops after patch: Never had an FPS problem before but suddenly I'm dropping to 06-10?

I've reinstalled League.

I've used the in-game repair tool.

I've checked my computer's cards to make sure they're working fine.

I've submitted a support ticket.

None of these things have done jack shit to solve the issue and it's honestly pissing me the fuck off, I just want to play the god damn game that I've been playing on this computer for months without a problem.

Yeah, same thing happens when I boot up the game. Just drops from 60 FPS to 1-11 FPS every couple of seconds when I enter the game. Sucks, cant play at all ): and it was perfect before this patch! Getting up to a steady 144 all the time. Ping isnt the issue either. What specs do you have?
