[Gameplay] Garen's Villian+Demacia Justice not doing damage to Olaf in Ragnarok

Just finished a game (15-Feb-2016, 12:49 EST) where my R (as Garen) wouldn't do any damage to Olaf when he is the villain and is in Ragnarok state.

Repro:

1. Pick Garen VS olaf
2. Get to lvl 6
3. Olaf to become villian
4. Spin to win and get olaf low
5. Olaf Rs into Ragnarok State
6. Let the sword of justice drop on olaf while screaming DEMACIA !!!
7. Cry after realizing Demacia has failed you.
