Skin Shard Redemption Bug

So I had a skin shard sitting in my Loot waiting to be used.

It was for Prehistoric Renekton. I didn't own Renekton but I liked the skin, so I decided to save up enough Blue Essence to buy him.

After I purchased him, I went to my Loot and chose to unlock the skin permanently.

The shard vanished from my Loot, and I went to play a game as Renekton to use the new skin, but found I didn't own it.

After the match was over I checked my Collection and Skins and saw that it had not unlocked.

I know I clicked the Unlock Permanently option for the skins shard, as it only cost 120 Orange Essence.

Prehistoric Renekton is a 750RP cost skin. It costs 450 OE to upgrade and give 150 OE to disenchant. There are no shards that take 120 OE to upgrade, the lowest being 220 OE. (Side note: the orange essence cost is 300 less than the RP cost.)

I didn't write the numbers down, I remember the OE cost being cheap, it was the Prehistoric Renekton Skin and I unlocked it permanently and somehow I don't have the skin. I have less OE than I did before I unlocked it.
