Someone dodged and client got stuck at 0s in champ select

And while trying to close it, a "you'll lose LP for dodging..." popup appeared. After restarting it seems that I haven't lost any LP but ranked queue just disappeared from the gamemode selection. Nothing about it on the service status page.

What's going on with EUW?
