Katarina + Zhonyas has been bugged for two patches.

Katarina, assumably after she Zhonyas, will continue to play the Zhonyas noise for the rest of the game. Even if she dies. It's been a thing for two patches and is moderately annoying hearing that noise anytime she is near.
