Blocking players does not mute them in champ select

Just asking, are we talking about adding them to your block list, or blocking them ingame? Because blocking them ingame doesn't add them to your blocklist for ages by now.

I dislike this as well. If I am in game with a toxic person, I should be able to instablock them postgame and not deal with their shit while I report them
