Ezreal's Q applies on spell effects
I've noticed this how I was able to proc Luden's echo with Q.
But now I think how the double manamune is going to be so broken.

DarkRitual2 votesIt's a spell that also applies attack effects. It's still a spell, so why would it not apply spell effects?
TheLastShadow451 votesBecause it's only ever applied on-hit affects and never once has it proced spell affects till this last update. Other champions are the same way this patch.

If you played Ezreal before the patches you'll notice it never proc'd spells effect.
- It wouldl be broken to spam Riley + Liandry.
DarkRitual1 votesI guess I just never played him with effects that only work on spells and not attacks. I've played him botlane, and like ap mid once on pbe. I stand corrected then. Spamming liandry/rylais doesn't sound any more broken on him than most others though, or spamming IBG slows with BotRK.
