bug where champ select/ban does not pop up if tabbed out.

Fucking fix this shit Riot, so many times people have accidentally dodged due to it not popping up if they are tabbed out. Fucking fix it, this is ridiculous this has been known about since you created this new shitty champ select, its about god damn time you fixed it.

Ofcourse no Rioter will comment saying they'll fix this bug thats been going on for months, it wont make them money so they dont give a fuck.
