Aram Health Relic Bug

I was playing in a game of aram with my friends and the second relic from the left side never went away even when it was on cooldown, i walked into it a few times thinking it was there when my friends told me it wasn't for them.

Not the biggest deal, I just wanted to report it in case others were having a problem with some relics bugging out :>
