Minor NON game breaking bug with champs that start dorans shield

This is not a very big importance but for some champs like rumble, who have the recommended start being dorans shield, it also recommends two health pots. Now this is not a very big problem but for a new champion I may buy 2 health pots and not buy dorans shield (I actually almost did it in game and have been playing since season 3)

Also, if you take smite, can it just auto recommend the base jungle item? Many times people buy the recommended item and it gives no plus to jungling
