Why is rengar's q the only ability that is still able to hit yi during alpha strike riot ?

guys i have around 120k with yi on this season so i played him quite abit more , i've faced rengars they 80% of the time hit me with their q's during my alpha strikes no i am not joking , since the bug was fixed i didn't get hit by a single ability in the game during alpha strike but rengar's q

2 days ago played a ranked as yi vs rengar and i wanted to make sure that he actualy hurt me with his q 3 times in the match while i was already mid-alpha strike aka 0.5 sec after being casted on a target and he still actually hit me during it , none of his team were able to hit me during alpha but him. this bug seems just like lulu's polymorph to sion's ulti..

I WAS IN ALPHA!! i'ill post evidence of that later now im at work.
