Athene's Unholy Grail doesn't work on Taric's heal.

I understand that Athene's Unholy Grail isn't supposed to work on regeneration-type heals, but Taric's Q isn't a regen, it's a straight up heal, for himself and for nearby allies. I'm sitting here right now in practice tool with an Unholy Grail in my inventory, with 250 charges on the grail, and healing the training dummies and the 250 charges are not being consumed.

I can't see any justifiable reason why this wouldn't be a bug.
