i've been killed by Kayle a couple times because she still autoattacked me after i stunned her. I've also seen it happen with champs such as darius and talon

If it's lux you're talking about, that's not a stun, it's a root. In fact, a lot of "stuns" are roots. In a root, you can still auto attack.
If you can test it, repeat it and record it, you might be taken seriously. I believe you though.
It's now 2020 - Just got killed by a Tryndamere as Pyke. No DoT or anything he just crit me while in E stun, as in I had finished casting it, it landed, he had the thing over his head and wasnt moving or swining. Just bam, I'm just dead from fucking nowhere - no minions around, nothing around.
Edit: I have a maximum of 32ms at all times. How the fuck is that okay?
