[GAMEPLAY] Kai'Sa Evolve Overlay

I've played Kai'Sa twice and have gotten the same bug twice. I would level up which gave me enough stats to evolve my E, but the Evolve overlay and the level up overlay would come up. The Evolve overlay took precedence and appear normal, but after I evolved the level up overlay was almost completely transparent, and I couldn't tell which abilities I could level up. This can be done easily by having BoRK, Greaves, and a Recurve Bow as you get to level 11.

1. Get enough stats to evolve an ability at the same time you level up as Kai'Sa.
2. Evolve an ability.
3. Try and figure out what you can level up.
