[GAMEPLAY] Kalista's Rend bug is still a thing, and i found even more interactions

I do not know what initially causes the bug, but, for those of you that don't know about it, what happens is that occasionally after you Rend a target, you will instantly use Rend after your next auto, but it doesn't cost mana, and it will not put Rend on cooldown.
