can't open launcher

So my launcher was patching but my internet disconnected so I decided to restart the launcher but whenever I open it, it stays at 1 file scanned before eventually doing a bugsplat......help?

wow I'm dumb.....went to run as administrator and now it seems to be working....hope it gets completed fully but it prob will....mods can delete this useless thread now lol mb
