[GAMEPLAY] - - Draven ult

I had a draven game in a normal, and as I was about to cast my ultimate I THINK (I say I think because the game camera was not centered on me) irelia stunned me at the exact time I did my ult. This is what I believe caused the glitch which was my ultimate was stuck in the second phase for the rest of the game.

What I mean by this is that my ultimate was constantly in the phase which allows me to bring back my axes, except my ultimate was active. I could spam "r" and it would constantly be a 1 sec cooldown in the second phase of the ult. Death did not reset this.
