"Unspecified Error!"

So umm wtf is going on? My patch won't go past 33% and stops roughly around 3400 files scanned each time and just stops everytime I get the "unspecified error" warning.......

Do I have to reinstall or something? Or is this something Riot's gonna fix sometime soon, cause my friends are all on playing and I would really like to join them, but can't cause my patcher is permanently stuck at 33% for an error that it cannot even identify for me to try and fix.
