TP on minion interaction with Syndra

As you can see in the clip from Voy's stream, he can grab the minion that's being TP'ed on. (according to Riot Support Twitter, normal interaction)

However, the TP completes still, but with no more location light for the TP. (visual clarity issue)

That gives Voyboy the false sense that he canceled the TP, only to have Malphite ult him like Randy Orton. (end result of visual clarity issue)
