voice over and aram

so i played a normal 5v5 on rift today to check out the new HUD, i really like it, but i noticed that the anouncer sounds weird, i didnt hear "the minions have spawned" and it just didnt sit right. i figured it was the magic mushrooms i was totally on, so i went to play an aram on the howling abyss and everything was really fucked up there. i dont even know where to begin. so like, i dont think it was the shrooms. is anyone else experiencing this bug?
