Champ Select crashed

I had a game where immediately when i clicked lock on my champ the client crashed. I got one of those 'not responding' windows messages. Has never happened with league before. I logged back in and it actually took me straight to the champ select again and i could see the enemy team pick a champ and flip through them but basically everything in the champ select was empty (see picture).

Then the game finally registered my dodge and kicked me out of the broken champ select to the 'failed to join queue because you recently dodged' message.
