Ranked Accepting Game Bug

I queued up for a game of ranked with my Solo/ Duo Partner. When we accepted the game I was forced to look at the game accepted icon for 2 minutes while he updated me on how close it was to my turn to pick a champ. It ended with me dodging because I had never even entered the lobby and I lost my promos for dodging a game that I never had the opportunity to play. In the screenshot I took you can see that the player with me in the lobby is in champ select if you look at the little info thing under his name in my friends list.
