League keeps Crashing

League crashes at the end of every single match, it doesn't matter whether i win or lose where i am standing what skin i am using or what champion i am playing. At the end of the game instead of the screen moving to the destroyed nexus at the end of the game whether its a win or a lose league crashes. The camera moves slightly in the direction of the nexus but then stopped with me of center of the screen. I love league and really hope that this gets fixed.
