Random FPS loss in games.
During laning phase or a early teamfight this is usually fatal to me and has been happening for the past to patches how do I fix this?
P.S. Sion Ult is cancel'ed by lulu's poly morph so that needs fixing too

this happens to me too, i play on a mac, don't know if this is relevant or not, after 20-30 mins, the fps drop to 15-20 no matter the video settings, this made the game literally unplayable
