Ryze Bot seems unsure how to use his spells correctly

I've been playing a lot of Coop VS AI lately, and while playing Vel'Koz VS Ryze mid, I noticed that Beginner Ryze Bot was having a lot of difficulty. He seemed to miss almost all his Qs. I tested this out a bit by baiting the bot to hit me with his Q while I stood behind a minion and almost every time he'd just hit the minion. I also noticed that Beginner Ryze never used his E, and Intermediate Ryze rarely uses E as well. The issue seems to be similar to when Veigar's Q was changed to a skill shot, and the bot wasn't taught how to use it.

Also, bots no longer ward or use summoner spells reliably. In my last five games, I've only ever seen Jax Bot ward, and that was so he could leap away. Support bots (e.g. Zyra) buy wards then never use them, so they never reach full build.

Since AI bots are what most new players see when they start playing, perhaps it's a good idea to have a look into this?
